Antigas kit

[colonna3-1]Attacks with explosive gases are the most frequent attacks against ATMs and valuables deposit safes.
The explosion, caused by the ignition of the mix, generally, destroys the safe or tears off its door, causing substantial collateral damages.
Further to this type of attack, in order to limit thefts following explosion, Parma Antonio & Figli has analysed several countermeasures, among which stainers and barriers to protect the content of the ATMs and safes.The antigas device with Parma gas inhibiting drawer acts, instead, preventively, offers a barrier, significantly limiting explosion risk. The Parma gas inhibiting system has the following operation principle: a sophisticated system of sensors, which operate according to a combined logic by means of a suitable software, detects the introduction[/colonna3-1][colonna3-2] of explosive gases inside the safe; as soon as the gas concentration reaches certain thresholds, the system enables the inert gas introduction device in the safe. The inert gas, introduced inside the safe reduces/neutralizes the concentration of the explosive mix, bringing the condition below the lower explosion limit.
Constant monitoring allows to immediately re-enable the introduction of inert gas, as soon as a new explosive gas level near the low explosion limit is detected. The introduction of inert gas reduces almost completely the explosion risk of the safe, protecting the ATM or the safe, the bank agency, the shop or the supermarket and, in general, the entire building from copious damages, caused by the explosion.

[colonna3-1]The most efficient method to avoid breaking and entering or robbery is that of cancelling the usability of the valuables, as soon as the breaking and entering is carried out. With the adoption of this strategy, in short time, it is possible to obtain a remarkable deterrent effect, which determines the reduction, near to 0, of attacks. Parma Antonio & Figli has developed a staining system, which can be installed in all deposit and/or banknote safekeeping safes, including cash drawers and the safe bodies of ATMs.
 
The system has been designed to stain the banknotes placed inside, as soon as one or more conditions, aiming at breaking in, occurs. An electronic circuit is included, and a series of sensors are connected to it. The system analysis logic, which can be customized according to different needs and equipment, will make a distinction between primary alarms, which immediately enable the system, and alarms, which enable a status of pre-alarm.
 
Its main feature is the staining effect of a special component, which spreads out in an appropriate sealed container, placed near the cash. In case of activation, the liquid is sprayed under pressure over the banknotes. Helical bars

[colonna3-1]In case of implementation of a safety vault with reinforced concrete structure in order to achieve the desired safety level, apart from using a concrete mix, purposely conceived by Parma for the construction of the walls of the same safety vault, Parma Antonio & Figli designed a structure reinforcement system.[/colonna3-1][colonna3-2]The helical bars owe their name to their particular helical shape: they are manganese steel bars, which are plunged into the walls of the safety vault and are used to implement a mechanical protection against penetration and perforation. To obtain a global covering, the helical bars are arranged with a particular overlapping position, so that they have a certain bent, which is the secret to oppose an insurmountable resistance to breaking-in attempts, conveyed with perforation tools. Air convection outlets

[colonna3-1]To assure a natural non-forced air convection to the reinforced concrete safety vaults, Parma Antonio & Figli implements air outlets with a special construction, called “goose-neck”. These devices have been conceived so to assure total security of the safety vault, since their shape assures that liquid (flammable) substances cannot penetrate from outside to inside the safety vault, and vice versa, and that valuables and preserved goods cannot flow out.

. On the outside, the air outlets feature a heavy duty plate, with 5 or 8 shaped holes to impede the passage of paper, coin or other material. [/colonna3-1][colonna3-2]For correct installation, the air outlets are installed in pairs (1+1);
they are built for any type of wall width.
Natural air convection:

  • A pair of outlets with 5 pipes, allowing air changes in one hour in a premise, measuring 25 cubic meters
  • A pair of outlets with 8 pipes, allowing air changes in one hour in a premise, measuring 40 cubic meters.

Pneumatic Mail

[colonna3-1]A pneumatic mail system is a light transportation system, made up of incoming and outgoing stations, communicating with each other, connected by a system of pipes. The goods transported (generally cash) are inserted in suitable specific containers (shells or special bags), according to the sizes and features of the type of material to move, which are transported by means of a compressed air flow , generated by pumps, purposely created inside the line. A modern plant of pneumatic mail can be used for the transportation of cash inside a hypermarket, a multi-screen cinema, or in other business activities, thus increasing peripheral security and centralizing valuables in safe premises and reducing management costs.Should the pneumatic mail system consists in a highly secure safe, provided with a kit with DSS device (self-sealing bag) or with a kit without DSS device.In both kits, the safe is provided with a suitable hole for the transit of the envelope, of holes for the passage of [/colonna3-1][colonna3-2] the cables and of a micro for the warning on the status of the door and, in the specific case, of the presence of the bag.

Shall the pneumatic mail system not be already provided with a closing device, it is essential to provide for the assembly of a shutter in order to secure the holes.
