K-Rear Intell.Safe

K-Intell.Safe It  is  the  innovative  integration  of  a  TOP  able  to  count, validate, and deposit bundle of banknotes with “PARMA deposit/withdrawal safes” and “nightsafes”.

Think  how  it  would  be  interesting  to  combine  the  high security  of  a  night  depository  with  the  versatility  of  a smart safe.

 

 

 

K-Rear solution:

WITH
The  cashier  withdraws  the  money  from  the  cash register and places them into an envelope without counting (thus avoiding mistakes and prying eyes).
The customer maintains the previous procedure of cash collection with advantages in terms of staff training.
The  cashier  takes  the  money  straight  to  the deposit,  where K-Rear  Intell.Safe will  count, validate and protect the banknotes into the safe, issuing a receipt of the transaction.

 

The YOUGO TOP  is able to validate and count bundle up to 100 banknotes with a speed rate of 4-5 b/s.
The PARMA NIGHT DEPOSITORY is able to guarantee a high level of security and allows collection of banknotes by the CIT from outside the building (additional security in case of attempted robbery).

WITHOUT
The  cashier  has  to  count  banknotes  (with  risk  of several errors).
The  cashier  has  to  put  money  into  an  envelope and take it to the main cashier’s desk.
The  store  manager  has  to  check  the  contents  of the envelope (re-count money) and deposit it into the safe.
Complaints may occur if the re-count made by the CIT, after opening envelopes with money, does not correspond  to  the  counts  of  the  cashier/retailer transaction.

Safety boxes

[colonna3-1]Safety boxes carry out the services, which allows box holders to preserve valuables, documents or value objects, with a high privacy and security degree. As a matter of fact, access to the service is normally carried out in armoured rooms, safes or safety cabinets, present in the safety vaults of the banks or in valuables safekeeping firms. Safety boxes are completely implemented with steel sheets, which are processed and assembled by using the most updated techniques and systems.[/colonna3-1][colonna3-2]The frame, made of zinc-coating metal sheet, thanks to the special bending technique, is a hard and solid structure. The doors and the structures are provided with tear-proof devices, whereas several expedients enhance the typical functions of the materials used. The closing device is generally made up of a security lock with two different keyholes, one for the Client key and one for the Bank key.

[colonna3-1]For fast envelope or cash deposit, inside safes or safety deposit vaults, it is possible to apply on the door or on the frame of the same, an appropriately sized slot and in full compliance (in case of certified product) with the regulation, relating to security. Electronic management

[colonna3-1]The valuables introduction device or the slot of a night depository or of a valuables collection safe is the mechanism that allows to deposit the valuables into the safe without opening the door.

It must have security and handiness requirements, that is, it must make fraudulent operations impossible, such as forcing it open, fishing in it and trapping deposits and, at the same time, it must be easy and fast to use.

The introduction device, implemented by Parma Antonio & Figli can be applied in a night depository, connected to a software system (for example, an ATM or another remote one), or in StandAlone mode.

In the standalone solution, the deposit device is provided with a suitable power supply device and with its own receipt printer. [/colonna3-1][colonna3-2]It features:

  • Automatic opening of the device by means of electronic key or code
  • Automatic deposit of the valuables envelope;;
  • Check of the deposit by means of photocells, installed along the internal path of the safe;
  • Check and recording of the individuals, performing the deposit with saving of the key identification number or access code;
  • Blocking of the deposit in case of jamming by means of a LED light warning;
  • Slot for the introduction of deposit slips with the possibility to retrieve it from the inside of the safe.

[/colonna3-2][colonna3-3]All the electronic management events (opening, deposit, blocking, unblocking, key saving, etc.) are registered on a non-volatile memory. It is possible to download and display on the PC the events with data and hour by means of a serial port.

DSS devices

[colonna3-1]The DSS device, a bag for cash collection, perfect for all collection points of surplus cash, is a product particularly suitable and recommended, should the cash be transported and counted in a different collection point, thus helping the security service, normally in charge of this procedure. The device is housed on suitable rails inside the safe, and is provided with a self-sealing ad hoc closing device, which allows to introduce cash inside the safe and a solid hook to the deposit device. [/colonna3-1][colonna3-2]The DSS device is made up of a tear-resistant waterproof textile bag, fastened to a shock-resistant material frame. The whole is completed with a closing system, made up of two stainless steel elements (a fixed and a sliding one). The sliding element is blocked by two quick release counterbalanced lock bolts, fastened once again by a security lock, inserted inside the frame. An easy-to-apply seal hinders the introduction in the keyhole both of the key as well as of any other type of manipulation tool. The withdrawal of the bag determines the automatic closing of the same by means of a pre-sealed manipulation-resistant lock.
